we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of professional, technical and/or support staff.
- Recommends selection of staff; trains staff in work procedures; administers discipline as required.
- Directs and or recruits, trains and reviews the work of volunteers; ensures their effective use within the program or service unit requirements.
- Plans goals, objectives, policies and work standards for the program or unit; provides input into the program's budget.
- Develops and modifies techniques and formats to evaluate pilot or current program or unit effectiveness and to determine the need for modification and/or new program development.
- Researches and develops alternatives; ensures that the program or unit is meeting the departmental mission; locates funding sources, service deliverers and other resources; designs and implements program procedures and manuals.
- Contributes to the overall quality of the program's service provision by developing and coordinating work teams and by reviewing, recommending and implementing improved policies and procedures.
- Monitors assigned program or programs; ensures compliance with departmental mission, funding source regulations and other guidelines.
- Acts as the program/service unit and County representative with other departments, community organizations and public and private service providers, funding sources, community and business organizations; answers questions, resolves problems and provides information and technical assistance as required.
- Makes presentations to a variety of community groups; promotes the programs through developing contacts with various organizations and through media announcements.
- Monitors changes in legislation that may effect program/service unit operations or service delivery; evaluates their effect upon program or unit activities and recommends appropriate policy and procedure modifications.
- Maintains or directs the maintenance of accurate records and files.
- Prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, policies, procedures, program documentation and other written materials.
- May provide staff support and guidance to a policy board or committee.
- Uses standard office equipment, including a computer, in the course of the work; May drive a motor vehicle to attend meetings and visit various work sites.
- Daily/Weekly expectations:
- Participate in meetings for assigned projects daily/weekly.
- Meeting notes using our template to be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting.
- Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan.
- Update weekly project spreadsheets and other documents.
- Additional overview:
- Coordinate with internal County departments on communication to County staff and external partners.
- Collaborate and align efforts with departments both within and outside the county.
- Develop change communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external.
- Adhere to established change management processes.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned projects by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Mandatory Skills:

- A minimum of four (4) years in the Information Technology Field
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications
- Ability to work primarily onsite, full time, Monday Thursday, 10-hour days
- Hybrid schedule may be considered after qualified period
- Must be a Clark County resident

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and correspondence; connecting with relevant digital services in the County, departmental policy and procedures administration, and troubleshooting technical issues; exercising sound independent judgment within established procedural guidelines; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work; planning, directing and reviewing the work of others on a project or day-to-day basis; instructing others in work procedures.
- Ability to collect and analyze program data, assess trends, interpret results, and prepare reports to guide decision-making and program improvements; strong ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and take appropriate action; ability to lead trainings for internal and external county stakeholders; ability to work well in team settings; represent the County at external engagement events as needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both oral and written formats.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
