Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Hybrid Bridgetown, New Jersey
Experience Level: Senior
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience in Redis and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This is a hybrid position based out of Bridgetown, New Jersey and requires candidates to be available for on-site collaboration as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
  • Utilize Redis for caching, session storage, and performance optimization.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Google Cloud Platform environments using best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a cloud environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Java (8 or above)
  • Proficient in Redis for in-memory data store solutions
  • Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Kubernetes or Docker on Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to Agile development methodology
