Master conflict resolution at the team and stakeholder level. Manage stakeholder relationships cross team and at the management level. Build trust, courage and transparency between the team and business. Learn the Product domain and application suite to encourage the team to come up with creative and innovative solutions and break through blockers. Track and map dependencies within and outside of

team, plan for dependencies.
