Job Details
Role- Technical Business Analyst
Location - Remote
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience working with state or public sector clients.
- Hands-on experience with Jotform, including form creation, workflow automation, and integration with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with state or federal compliance standards (e.g., ADA, HIPAA, data privacy regulations).
- Experience writing SQL queries or working with reporting tools.
- Business process re-engineering or Lean Six Sigma background is a plus.
