Job Details
Experience Level: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations.
- Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
- Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations to drive project success.
- Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
