Job Details

A Defense Software company located in Arlington, VA that is in the process of changing the way the defense acquisition process is done. They are currently building an AI application that is enhancing the speed and efficiency of US federal agencies production capabilities.

They are looking for Director and VP level candidates to build out their growing sales team after the products launch in March of last year. They have seen accelerated growth and are looking to own the market in the defense acquisition products space. This role is 100% onsite and this individual is expected to travel about 50% of the time depending on clients needs. If you have SaaS sales experience and a desire to work in the DOD space this is the role for you.

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years of experience in technology sales / specifically SaaS sales
    • Successful new account development
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear and affective communication.
  • "Nice to have"
    • US security clearance
    • Specific DOD sales experience
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Interview process/ steps:
  1. Internal recruiter screen
  2. Phone call with Hiring Manager/CEO
  3. 4-5 hour onsite panel interview with other team members
