The Technical Program Manager, Seller Experience, will primarily be responsible for creating and driving the product delivery roadmaps, managing complex, cross-functional strategic programs for our Product teams. This involves working across Global Product & Technology, Design, Customer support, Marketing, and Business teams to develop and deliver program plans that enable our customer and business goals for various initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
• A proven track record managing strategic programs to deliver on time
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with and engage matrixed cross-functional teams.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve program execution.
• Strong relationship-building skills to help identify opportunities, communication, and negotiation skills to resolve issues.
• Passion, commitment, and a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion, and overall program success.
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree required. Project or Program management credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of program management experience working in a Product Management & Development context required. eCommerce, marketplace, or retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience operating in an Agile context.
