Key Responsibilities:

Trade managed client portfolios in line with each IPS and defined risk limits; ensure best execution and fair allocation
Oversee custody and transfers (multi-sig/MPC) with documented approvals and two-person controls
Reconcile daily balances across custodians/exchanges and the internal ledger; prepare daily P&L and monthly client statements
Monitor exposure, liquidity and concentration; rebalance and use permitted hedges when needed
Maintain clear SOPs and trade records; support audits and regulatory reviews as required

Requirements:

3+ years discretionary trading or portfolio-management experience with client assets (crypto/FX/commodities)
Institutional custody operations experience (multi-sig/MPC, listing, withdrawal policies)
Strong risk management and recordkeeping: sizing, limits, best-execution and trade-allocation standards
Working knowledge of U.S. digital-asset regulations and KYC/AML practices; authorised to work in the U.S.
Tools: advanced Excel and portfolio accounting/reconciliation systems; basic Python/SQL for reporting is a plus
