Job Details

Job Title: Genesys Developer

Location: 601 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202

NOTE: Onsite in Charlotte or Detroit for Hybrid model - 3 days a week. Genesys Developer ** Genesys Cloud developer experience; **Chatbot and Generative AI experience; AWS Cloud experience; **Ability to interpret business requirements and craft technical solution designs. **Effective communicator, collaborative; ability to work in and with cross-functional teams. Organized and detail oriented - Ability to estimate and manage work while continuously documenting status of said work. ** Video conference - provide location and best time to interview.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR and Web Messaging based on business requirements.
  • Analyze the business requirements and assist technical leads and Product Owners with defining the acceptance criteria for the features that are being developed.
  • Work collaborative with other IT teams such as Middleware and Salesforce engineering.
  • Responsible for working with agile team to create, write, and execute testing plans.
  • Work with the development and operations teams to isolate, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for production issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Required BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.

Mandatory Skills/Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experiencing developing IVR leveraging Genesys Cloud CX Architect tool.
  • Design, development, and support experience with Genesys Cloud CX outbound predicative agent and IVR based dialers.
  • Experience with implementation and consumption of API/Web Service back-end services (REST, GraphQL, Json).
  • Understanding of authentication methodologies (Oauth, SAML).
  • Experience with Genesys configuration related to agent desktop scripts, data tables, schedules, etc.
  • Familiar with working using agile methodologies to work with stake holders to gather requirements, develop, and deploy solutions.

Desired Skills/Preferred Skills:

  • NLU and Voice bot experience is a plus (Google Dialog flow, Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows, Amazon Lex).
  • Experience with implementation and supporting Genesys WFM and Reporting.
  • Experience with Cyara Velocity and/or Cyara Cruncher testing tools.
  • Experience with CICD pipeline tools such as GitHub, BitBucket, Jenkins, Terraform, CX as Code.
