Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your experience in Process / Manufacturing Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
2. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve product quality.
3. Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization, leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
4. Learn and provide backup support for process engineering activities, including managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and production routers, and assisting with process documentation and updates.
5. Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams on basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance planning.
6. Participate in improvement projects related to productivity, layout, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Composites, Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related technical field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
3. Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reductions in a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze complex data, identify key trends, and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
6. Proficient in the use of process mapping and other process improvement tools.
