Job Title: Test Lead - CIS Migration & Automation
Location: Minneapolis, MN~ Minneiska, MN JD:
Test Lead (CIS system,automation tools like Playwright)
BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of relevant Utilities with strong technical and functional expertise.
Experience with CIS System Migration or Real-Time and File-based Integration testing is preferred.
Experience in manual and automation testing is a must.
Ability to understand user stories and acceptance criteria to create test cases and define test strategy.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Understand working with JIRA and navigate to create, update stories
Experience working with automation tools like Playwright
Experience working with software like SAP, Salesforce, IBM ACE, SEEBURGER, Utility IQ preferred.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owner, Enterprise Architect and system analysts, to understand requirements, and build test cases
Work with PO, SM and other technical resources in a collaborative way, while owning individual deliverables and meeting testing commitments.
Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to test the user stories and features assigned.
Ensure conflict free smooth releases with appropriate test coverage.
Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
Lead a team of testers who will be majorly involved in the CIS system migration project which involves data migration and edge integrations (real-time and file-based).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
