HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
- As Product Manager, you'll design, develop and manage activities for Workplace Technology Products from product definition and planning through production, release, and phase out.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- We're looking for a PRO, that can handle working independently as well as in collaboration to manage the relationship for key products with the client technology group.
- Possess strong networking skills and the ability to work across multiple organizations to accomplish diverse goals
YOU WILL:
- Interpret customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests (Owns Product Backlog)
- Lead design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
- Take ownership throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
- 'Go to' resource to understand the data of a product (and potentially the underlying business process the product supports)
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services
- Becomes the contact for the organization on workplace technology products (includes being able to educate others on the product)
- Key Business areas: Real Estate Administration, Construction, Facilities Management, Employee Experience Current technology products.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 3-5+ years' experience in Product Management; conceptual and practical expertise in product management
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
- Knows how to effectively communicate and work across departments within global and regional teams (ability to adjust communication tactics where appropriate) and with other functions (such as Retail, Finance and Technology)
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
- Background in analytics a plus
- Advanced writing skills and background in journalism or marketing
- W-2 available for HYBRID position in Beaverton, OR - 4+ month contract assignment with option to extend.
