A client in Nashville, TN is seeking an HRIS Analyst for a permanent position.
Work Schedule: Hybrid, up to 3 days a week remote.
Responsibilities:
• Process and audit all employment transactions
• Ensure consistency of coding and accuracy of data within the database and other integrated systems
• Produce periodic and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
• Respond to inquiries regarding employment statistics and employment data, including verifications of employment, subpoenas for records, and other requests
Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience working an HRIS software system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work confidentially within the confines of human resources guidelines
Preferred skills:
• Workday - preferably Workday Core HCM and Benefits, Leave & Absence Management, Performance and/or Time or similar HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or Oracle HR products
• viDesktop
Education:
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• Drug screen and Background check
