Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ISIM Automation Architect to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation, with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, and integration with enterprise systems.
This role is onsite at the client s location, with flexibility required to work from Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
- Architect and optimize identity provisioning workflows and lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ISIM with various enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems).
- Customize ISIM adapters and connectors to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for IAM improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISIM automation and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) automation and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE, LDAP, XML, and Web Services.
- Experience with ISIM adapters, workflow customization, and policy configuration.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as RBAC, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional Security Identity Manager.
- Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud-based IAM solutions and hybrid environments.
