Key Responsibilities
Be an all-rounder! Perform anything and everything in building the staffing business. You are the
team! Below are some of the key responsibilities but not limited to it.
Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies aligned with company goals and
growth objectives.
Collaborate with the CEO to forecast future talent needs and workforce planning
Analyze market trends and talent pools to shape recruitment strategies that attract diverse and
top-tier talent
Reach out to established Tier-1 vendors in the tech industry to create quick wins
Effectively sell our technology staffing services to potential clients through various forums and
also leverage the existing connections to land new businesses
Device & execute plans to achieve staffing revenue target
Leverage our MBE certifications with NMSDC, WV, NJ, NY, and NYC, where needed
Be the face of the company in various forums, meetings, and conferences for staffing business
Travel may be required
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing staffing and recruitment team
Set performance goals and ensure efficient execution of recruitment processes across all levels
of the organization
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the staffing
function
Manage and coordinate with India-based recruiters and partners
Hire and manage India based interns, to help with some of the tasks.
Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize the staffing function, including the use of
applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Develop and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and
ensure quality of hire.
Stay abreast of the latest recruitment tools and technologies to continually enhance the
company's staffing capabilities
Manage resumes through recruitment board subscriptions and partners. Set-up a process to
manage these resumes internally with appropriate tags
Handle all queries from clients, partners, recruiters, and candidates. Resolve any issues
Negotiate rates with both the clients/partners and candidates professionally
Secure better credit terms with the clients/partners
