Java Developer with FHIR Experience

Job Description:
The contractor will work with the development team and the business team in the design, development, and implementation of FHIR-based API solutions to meet the CMS requirements .
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience with Oracle and in programming languages such as Java, Spring boot, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR 4.0.1 standard and FHIR implementation guides like DaVinci, CARIN, US Core etc.
- Experience performing data mapping of Source data sets to FHIR resources
- At least 2 years of experience in HL7 FHIR implementation.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Hand on experience using OAuth
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and AWS DevOps
- Experience securing API's Responsibilities
- Create conceptual and detailed architecture for APIs using FHIR resources
- Design, develop, and implement HL7 FHIR interfaces and solutions
