Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Projects Lead with strong expertise in Core Finance projects, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and a solid background in the Financial Services industry. The role involves leading end-to-end finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives.
Description:

Lead Oracle EBS Functional Finance projects across implementation, rollout, and support phases.
Drive Core Finance initiatives including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
Coordinate with technical teams, testing teams, and business users for successful delivery.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure solutions align with Financial Services regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Proven experience leading Core Finance projects.
Background in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets preferred).
Experience in full project lifecycle delivery (requirements to go-live support).
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Oracle EBS certification is an advantage.
Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs in Financial Services.
Bachelor s Degree.
