Remote Oracle BI Developer

This is a direct hire position, 100% remote. Open to candidates in any time zone.

Need someone with at least 5 years of BI development experience specifically with Salesforce, Shopify, Oracle/PLSQL, ERP, etc.

Position Summary

The Manager of Business Intelligence will lead efforts to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation in SQL and ERP systems, combined with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex insights in a clear, actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support reporting and analytics needs.


• Manage and optimize Oracle SQL packages for data processing and integration.


• Oversee system integrations, leveraging tools such as Boomi (experience a plus).


• Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.


• Support and enhance Shopify integrations for e-commerce operations.


• Ensure ERP systems are effectively utilized, with a strong focus on MRP and financial modules.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify BI opportunities and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency.


• Drive automation initiatives and establish standardized procedures for reporting and analytics.


• Provide analytical insights to support sales and marketing strategies.


• Maintain compliance with industry standards; experience in medical device environments is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong SQL query development and optimization skills.


• Experience with Oracle SQL packages.


• Familiarity with system integration platforms (Boomi experience preferred).


• Salesforce administration and configuration expertise.


• Shopify platform experience.


• Solid understanding of ERP concepts, including MRP and Finance.


• Medical device industry experience is advantageous.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or related roles.


• Proven track record of managing BI projects and cross-functional collaboration.
