Summary

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in day-to-day application support within healthcare.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR platforms such as eClinicalWorks or Netsmart myEvolv.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support and issue resolution.
Experience in configuring, upgrading, and deploying application changes.
Experience with data analysis and visualization using Excel, Access, or Power BI.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support and maintenance for assigned systems.
Log, track, and analyze issues to resolve or escalate to vendor support teams.
Configure, maintain, and deploy application changes following SDLC procedures.
Participate in planning, implementation, and testing of software upgrades.
Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
Manage end-user accounts, including creating and modifying access per procedure.
Provide operational support and resolve application issues for business areas.
