UX Designer
W2 Contract
Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote)
Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Dallas/Phoenix/Birmingham
Job Summary:
The UX Designer will contribute to and maintain design systems, create and update documentation, build and test Figma components, develop specifications for Angular components, and collaborate with content and accessibility teams to ensure consistent, accessible UI/UX design across products.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, including creating and updating documentation and graphics
• Build, fix, and test Figma components and create development specifications for Angular components
• Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility teams to ensure accessibility compliance
• Conduct competitive analysis of other design systems and stay current on industry best practices
• Attend and facilitate design reviews, governance meetings, office hours, and working sessions with product teams
• Address help desk questions and work on special projects as assigned
Core Skills (Must-Haves):
• Design System experience, contributing to or maintaining a design system
• Figma experience – creation of components
• Product, UI, UX design
• Good communication skills
• Presentation and facilitation experience
• Critical thinking and systems thinking mindset
• Attention to detail
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
• Experience with Angular development specifications
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
