Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to lead the end-to-end technical execution. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the steady-state monthly deployment cycle, coordinating across engineering, QA, product, and operations to ensure seamless integration of complex data into products. The role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to translate requirements into actionable technical work, and hands-on oversight of code quality, compliance, and delivery cadence.
Key Responsibilities
· Technical Project Coordination: Lead the technical execution of monthly initiatives; manage Jira workflows, sprint gates, and release checklists to ensure milestones are met across stakeholders.
· Analyst Responsibilities: Verify requirements intake for completeness and readiness (scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, data contracts) prior to development hand-off.
· Documentation & Mapping: Produce and maintain functional specs, data flow diagrams, interface definitions, and variant mapping to ensure traceability from requirements to deployment.
· Technical Oversight: Monitor delivery cadence, enforce code quality via SonarQube reports, and drive remediation for code smells, vulnerabilities, and coverage gaps.
· Issue Triage: Monitor and triage technical tickets (defects, enhancements, support) to the correct engineering teams; conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on delivery anomalies.
· Standards & Compliance: Ensure builds meet FDEO standards, security/compliance checks, and release governance (change records, approvals, audit artifacts).
· Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent status, risks, and decision logs; facilitate cross-functional ceremonies (backlog grooming, technical design reviews, go/no-go).
· Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, defect leakage, SonarQube quality gate pass rate, and deployment success; publish dashboards and delivery readouts monthly.
· Production Readiness: Coordinate environments, data refreshes, and smoke tests; validate integrations and monitor post-deployment health with clear rollback/playbooks.
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years in a Technical Analyst, Technical Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role with hands-on technical delivery; PMs with QA or development backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Digital Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Systems thinker able to understand complex data flows, interdependencies, and system interactions across multiple business and technical workstreams.
· Proven organizational skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, QA, and operations to drive outcomes.
Tools & Technologies
· Jira/Confluence for intake, planning, and documentation.
· SonarQube for code quality and compliance reporting.
