Job Description:
ServiceNow Application Engineer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly across ITSM and HRSD functionalities.
This role focuses on production support for a top client in the IT industry. The candidate is expected to work in shifts during weekdays and occasionally on weekends. Since the project is on-premise, the team manages all operational and maintenance activities, allowing the candidate to gain exposure to additional technologies such as Unix and SQL, which is not common in standard ServiceNow projects.
The ServiceNow implementation is customized by the client, offering strong learning opportunities. Although primarily a production support role, the team also handles code fixes and minor enhancements, providing broader hands-on experience compared to typical implementations.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving ServiceNow-related issues.
- Analyze code and debug production incidents,performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes where needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional support teamsto ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
