Job Summary:

This position reports to the Customer Success Operations Manager and is a member of the Customer Success Team within the Center of Excellence Business Unit. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service to WM Synergy s internal and external customers. Customer Success links the needs of the customers to internal sales and service teams through ticket oversite, proposal development support, order entry setup, licensing requests and Install Base marketing support. This critical role is crucial for driving the success of our customers and therefore the success of WM Synergy.

  • Quickly resolve or route incoming tickets to the appropriate support team or business unit.
  • Support Business Unit Directors in Statement of Work preparation
  • Initiate Order Entry setup and confirm with customer the resource assignment.
  • CRM Administrative backup and data entry as required.
  • Seek, share, and standardize best practices where applicable.
  • Provide sales support for lead registration and progress imports in ERP vendor partner portals.
  • Install base marketing support as assigned by the Customer Success Operations Manager.

Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor s degree (BS) preferred, but not required.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in a customer facing work environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Help Desk Ticketing Systems

Requirements

  • Primarily a remote position but the ability to travel up to 10%, within the USA is required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
