    Job Description

    Savvee Consulting Inc is seeking to hire a Communications Coordinator to support our federal client in a hybrid work model of onsite/telework. This client is located in Bethesda, MD. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills.

    This position is contingent upon award of contract.

    Essential Functions

    • Providing full lifecycle data call support, including managing and following up with an action tracker for all information requests.
    • Supporting leadership by responding to ad hoc requests for information and tracking and reporting high-level organizational activities.
    • Supporting administrative workflows, potentially on ServiceNow and MS365 platforms for administrative work and automation
    • Providing logistical support for senior-level administrative, governance, or policy meetings.
    • Creating and maintaining various distribution lists and communications - Monitor and respond as appropriate from shared mailboxes.
    • Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and manuals - Update Knowledge Base and Wiki pages as requested.
    • Resolving issues reported via mailboxes or distribution lists.
    • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
    • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.



    Education & Training

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    Minimum Experience & Skills

    • Three or more years of experience with data call coordination & task management
    • Three of more years of experience with technical writing and general communications
    • Three of more years of experience with meeting facilitation to include agendas, scheduling, logistics, etc.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be a US Citizen

    Desired Education/Certifications & Skills

    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • Experience with Wiki pages (maintenance and editing)
