Job Details

Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst

Client: State of New Jersey
Location: Trenton, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid Only local candidates will be considered)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST (Full-Time)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s Degree (Preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)
  • Experience: 6 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and configuration
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Technical Experience (Must-Have)

  • 5+ years of custom development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Including XrmToolBox, ribbon workbench, JavaScript, plug-ins, form scripting, etc.
  • Experience with 2+ D365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
  • Strong development in C#.NET and JavaScript/HTML
  • Functional experience in configuring tables, forms, workflows, BPFs, dashboards, roles
  • Experience in PowerApps Portal design and configuration (1+ year)
  • Experience deploying solutions across QA, UAT, and Production environments
  • Experience with CRM API, Web APIs (REST/OData/SOAP), and custom integrations
  • Advanced SQL Server 2016+ skills (stored procedures, queries)
  • SSRS reporting development (1+ year)
  • SharePoint Online integration with Dynamics 365 (1+ year)
  • Requirements gathering and process documentation from stakeholders
  • Full SDLC documentation, test cases, knowledgebase creation

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Dynamics CRM data model and custom xRM solution experience
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Operations
  • Knowledge of security configurations (business units, teams, roles, web roles)
  • Experience troubleshooting performance issues in CRM environments
  • Legacy data mapping and migration experience
