Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks safely and follow instructions.
- Attend work regularly and reliably; work overtime as scheduled or directed
- Perform all tasks associated with infrastructure maintenance. These activities include, but are not limited to, plumbing repairs, changing light bulbs, painting, and wall mount installations.
- Perform maintenance/service on processing equipment such as dryers, shellers, and processing lines.
- May OpeXX / Drive forklift & company trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate regularly and openly with the team and supervisors regarding issues that may affect safety or quality.
- Participate in work related training programs and continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to Company Core Values.
- Support other Areas / Activities as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge/experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to use computers, smart phone.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Great Oral Communication Skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively & safely.
- Team player.
- Must solve problems and make decisions in time-sensitive conditions.
- Repeatedly required to stand, walk, and work on their feet for prolonged periods.
- Tolerance and ability to work in an outdoor tropical agriculture setting, as well as indoor work.
