Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Perform all tasks safely and follow instructions.
  • Attend work regularly and reliably; work overtime as scheduled or directed
  • Perform all tasks associated with infrastructure maintenance. These activities include, but are not limited to, plumbing repairs, changing light bulbs, painting, and wall mount installations.
  • Perform maintenance/service on processing equipment such as dryers, shellers, and processing lines.
  • May OpeXX / Drive forklift & company trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate regularly and openly with the team and supervisors regarding issues that may affect safety or quality.
  • Participate in work related training programs and continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to Company Core Values.
  • Support other Areas / Activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge/experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to use computers, smart phone.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Great Oral Communication Skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively & safely.
  • Team player.
  • Must solve problems and make decisions in time-sensitive conditions.
  • Repeatedly required to stand, walk, and work on their feet for prolonged periods.
  • Tolerance and ability to work in an outdoor tropical agriculture setting, as well as indoor work.
  • Working safely is a condition of employment.
