Job Description:

Stelic is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Planning & Controls
Engineer
to support a portfolio of capital projects across the United
States. This is a remote role with occasional travel to project sites
(<10%). The position involves developing and maintaining comprehensive,
resource- and cost-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using
Primavera P6, supporting project teams across multiple sectors. The
Scheduler will provide consistent planning, monitoring, and reporting to
ensure portfolio success, while coordinating with clients, contractors,
and stakeholders.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM schedules in Primavera
P6
for a portfolio of projects, integrating design, procurement,
construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

- Create and manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules that
accurately reflect scope, budget, and labor/equipment allocations.

- Conduct schedule analysis to identify risks, conflicts, and
potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies across the
portfolio.

- Prepare and present regular schedule updates, variance analysis,
KPIs, and Earned Value metrics for management and clients.

- Support schedule risk reviews, time-impact analyses, and contractor
recovery plans.

- Facilitate schedule coordination meetings with internal teams and
external stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.

- Integrate scheduling with portfolio-level reporting tools and
dashboards to support executive decision-making.

- Participate in planning sessions, such as pull planning, to align
construction sequencing with project execution.

- Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements, scope
documents, and project controls standards.

- Collaborate with project teams to validate productivity factors,
cost estimates, and resource allocations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing CPM schedules and Earned Value Systems on
large-scale or portfolio-based projects.

- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.

- Familiarity with public and private infrastructure project
lifecycles, from planning through commissioning.

- Knowledge of schedule delay analysis, risk management, and portfolio
reporting.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with
the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams and clients.

- Experience with ACC Autodesk or other PMIS platforms preferred.

- Ability to travel to project sites as required (<10%).

Education:

- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field preferred.

Other:

- Remote role with duties performed from a home office.

- Periodic travel to client or project sites, not expected to exceed
10%.
