Required Skills & Experience:

  • Subject Matter Expert in SQL/Oracle programming (able to write and review SQL and PL/SQL code)

  • Advanced experience as a Business Analyst (review code, business rules, end-user requirements)

  • Expert-level proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, views)

  • Strong SQL expertise (query optimization and performance tuning)

  • Experience in data migration, ETL workflows, schema transformation

  • Ability to analyze and refactor legacy and undocumented code

  • Familiarity with legacy front-end technologies (DHTML, HTML/JavaScript forms)

  • Experience with task schedulers and backend data automation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS database and reporting services

  • Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, AWS QuickSight)

  • Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell)

  • Experience with Offender Management or enterprise justice systems

  • Prior collaboration with external vendor teams on modernization projects

  • Advanced experience in Oracle and SQL database systems/tools
