Webinar Program Support

Duties:

• We are seeking a Webinar Program Support Contractor to join our Marketing team.
• This is an execution-first role focused on the operational tasks that keep webinars running smoothly, on time, and driving impact.
• In this role, you will play a key part in supporting US webinar delivery and building foundational resources to enable international teams.
• This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing program and contribute directly to the scalability of our global webinar efforts.

You will own:

• Project Coordination: Manage webinar project timelines, coordinate deliverables across teams, and ensure all operational tasks are completed on time.
• Operational Execution: Open, track, and QA Jira tickets (Creative, MarOps, Web, Paid, Email), support Goldcast setup and operational emails, assist with speaker logistics (prep syncs, dry runs, run-of-show support), and handle post-event tasks (on-demand flips, follow-ups, reporting).
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain basic training resources (guides, checklists, templates, walkthroughs) to support international webinar teams.

Skills:

• Experience: 2 4 years in marketing, events, or project coordination (B2B/tech preferred).
• Technical Skills: Experience with Goldcast or similar webinar/event platforms, familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms, and working knowledge of Jira or other project management tools. Strong skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Mindset: Process-oriented with strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solver who can work independently and cross-functionally, and experience creating training materials and documentation.
• Curiosity: Open to adopting AI tools to streamline work and improve efficiency.
