    Reports to: EVP, Life Sciences &/or Director, Client Partnerships + ACP mentor

    Job Summary/Position Brief: We are looking for 2 Associate Client Partners (ACP) to join our expanding Business Development teams. Primary focus will be expanding our footprint/Areas of Expertise within existing clients, along with new client development. ACP's will work closely with internal senior level Client Partners (CP's) regarding identification of key clients and contacts, development of sales strategy and coordination of meetings with high level decision makers (VP's, Directors etc.) within Life Sciences organizations. The goal will be to identify consulting opportunities/needs and position EGLS well with the client. This role will involve a high degree of prospecting, cold-calling, creative and compelling email writing and messaging. Gaining a full understanding of EGLS' core competencies and service lines will be critical for success in this role.

    • Strong communication skills - must be driven to outperform individual targets/objectives and also work effectively within a team environment.
    • Consistency and diligence in research and approach, with a willingness to exercise creativity.
    • 3+ years of sales (sourcing, lead generation) and/or general business experience with proven growth- Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred.
    • Proactive approach, including the likelihood of initial client interaction-must be comfortable on the phone/video.
    • Search engine, web analytics and business research acumen
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking-growth mindset & ability to pivot conversations quickly when needed.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the interest and ability to engage with high level client contacts.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (i.e., Managing calendar invites effectively between CP's and client contacts)
