Senior SAP Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business analysis for complex, high-impact initiatives within SAP S/4HANA and related systems such as Ariba, Fieldglass, and SuccessFactors.
• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and data reviews.
• Develop and refine process documentation, including current-state analysis and future-state design recommendations.
• Manage and validate requirements to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Create and maintain functional and technical sClientifications, securing necessary approvals.
• Lead business process re-engineering efforts and identify scalable, sustainable solutions to business challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop test strategies, document test cases, and support user acceptance testing.
• Recommend and implement process improvement tools, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Provide mentorship or leadership to other business analysts on large-scale programs.

Senior SAP Business Analyst Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading business analysis efforts in enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related applications (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors).
• Deep expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process design.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization, including executives and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Master s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
