Job Summary
Under general supervision, ERP Applications Administrator formulates and defines system scope and objectives within the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Provides application knowledge as part of a team to develop and maintain enterprise data systems to meet business needs. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Instructs, directs and checks the work of analysts. The administrator devises or modifies procedures and systems to solve moderate to complex problems considering software application limitations and desired results and leads assignments to completion. May be required to assist in designing, coding (such as scripting), testing, debugging, and documenting applications. Creates and runs ad hoc reports. Administrator will assist with automating and maintaining recurring processes and reports. Is competent to work on most phases of application life cycle, reporting analysis, and coding and/or support activities. Assumes a lead role in documentation, testing, debugging and vendor tickets/vendor supported troubleshooting. Functional areas of support span financial, human resources, payroll, supply chain and logistics including but not limited to accounting, grant management, recruiting, employee records, employee performance, leave management, payroll, ordering, inventory management and delivery. Areas of specialty will be assigned to support enterprise organizational needs.

Essential Functions:
- Customer Service\r\n • Provide superior customer service to system users and business partners\r\n • Communicate effectively and consistently with system stakeholders and users about issues and requests through ticket management system(s)\r\n • Interpret users' problems over phone, in person, via email, and through ticketing system(s) and respond with solutions\r\n (20%) \n
- Application Support\r\n • Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions and ticketing system(s)\r\n • Build, maintain and troubleshoot recurring scheduled automations\r\n • Build, maintain and troubleshoot application and technical configurations\r\n • Conduct in-depth tests for modified and new systems or applications\r\n • Coordinate with vendors for issue and task progress\r\n • Work independently to gather business requirements including leading design sessions for new implementations or optimizations of business processes, operations, and process flows\r\n • Perform data inquiries, extracts, reports and uploads in support of operations, customer support and system integrity\r\n • Work independently to provide day to day support for ERP initiatives\r\n (20%) \n
- Analysis and Problem Solving\r\n • With minimal assistance, evaluates user requests to determine feasibility, cost and time required.\r\n • Provides and/or implements recommendations and solutions.\r\n • Formulates, documents and communicates plan outlining steps required\r\n • Provides technical support and assistance as required to strengthen relationships between IT and departments.\r\n • Implements change or perform necessary system changes as deemed necessary. Communicates and/or trains users in affected user departments.\r\n • Monitors daily maintenance and/or error reports for data accuracy and maintains records of quality control.\r\n • Performance necessary corrective actions for any rejections or notifies responsible department.\r\n • Performs analysis and institutes quality checks and measures for areas/applications of responsibility.\r\n • Identifies and resolves system and procedural problems quickly and communicates to management and/or affected users.\r\n • Effectively gathers information and performs analysis to meet the requirements.\r\n (20%) \n
- System Configuration \r\n • Executes hands-on delivery of application systems configuration. Coordinates in detail with technical development resources for enhancements, including but not limited to automation, reporting, analytics, extended application functionality and integration.\r\n • Supports development of technical configuration and enhancements, ensuring quality development meeting department standards.\r\n • Researches and seeks to understand the impact of application systems life cycle updates on previously implemented functionality. Proactively identifies and suggests resolution to conflicts identified. Identifies relevant new functionality and coordinates with peers, management and vendors to implement approved features.\r\n • Mentors and enables peers, customers and other ERP team members on the capabilities of supported systems, allowing others to identify and suggest relevant solutions to business issues.\r\n (10%) \n
- Communication and Documentation\r\n • Communicates and intervenes appropriately with departmental or hospital personnel when required or requested to help resolve issues. \r\n • Advocates for internal customers and negotiates with vendors and IT departments for support as necessary. \r\n • Oversees updated documentation for assigned procedures. \r\n • Ensures documentation is available for co-workers during absences. \r\n • Remains current on vendor, enterprise and departmental correspondence. \r\n • Makes formal and informal presentations both orally and in writing. \r\n • Provides and maintains documentation as required or requested for application related support. \r\n • Completes work status and time allocation documentation as required.\r\n (10%) \n

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Work Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience programming and/or supporting an ERP system or other enterprise software system. Required and \n
- 7-9 years relevant experience . Required and \n
- 10+ years 11 years relevant experience . Required and \n
- Infor CloudSuite and/or Lawson experience strongly preferred. and \n
- MHC Document Express, MHC Image Express, Kaufman Hall, Carefusion Pyxis, GHX experience preferred
Licenses:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- \r\n
- Knowledge of business processes including, but not limited to finance, human resources, payroll, supply chain and logistics. \r\n
- Ability to understand software and hardware requirements of varied departmental systems. Understands and ability to learn the workflow and process requirements of the user departments. Understands business function related to the application. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees across the enterprise. \r\n
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application systems issues. Ability to recommend and implement solutions or otherwise engage appropriate stakeholders, including internal business representatives, other IT resources or support vendors as needed. \r\n
- Ability to lead and participate in all phases of application systems technical configuration and enhancement, including requirements definition, design, development, implementation, and support. Define and adhere to development and support standards as approved by management. \r\n
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application systems issues. \r\n
- Report writing on tools such as Infor Birst, Tableau, Crystal, SQL and similar preferred. \r\n
- Familiar with enterprise software, including relational databases and cloud hosted systems. \r\n
- Advanced MS Office Excel skills required. \r\n
