    Job Description

    A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Mid to Senior RF Design Engineers in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (NJ).

    We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus and Stock/RSU's. The RF Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of RF circuits for semiconductor automation equipment. The candidate will be working with a team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded Engineers in an office/lab environment.

    Responsibilities include:
    * Design RF matching networks, amplifiers, splitters, combiners, couplers, and oscillators, from 400kHz to 2.45GHz
    * Mid to Senior RF Design Engineers will design magnetics for RF circuits and micro-strip circuits
    * The circuit design work will be a good mix of CAD design and simulation, hands-on assembly, and working with laboratory equipment for troubleshooting.
    * Perform requirements capture, analysis, design, debugging integration, and verification
    * Mid to Senior RF Design Engineers will analog circuit design
    * Work closely with electrical and mechanical designers to develop and execute a project plan and requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar field; Master's or Ph.D. degree is a plus
    * 4-10+ years of experience performing RF Design
    * Ability to troubleshoot Analog, Digital, and Mixed Signals at the Hardware Level
    * Proven track record bringing products from concept to production
    * High power amplifier design experience is highly desired
    * Experience with Circuit simulation; Powers amps; High voltage experience is preferred
    * Electrical circuit simulation using ORCAD, PSPICE, or similar CAD Software is preferred
    * Experience with low and high-power design is a plus but not required
    * Will consider candidates from highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer electronics, Medical Device, Semiconductor, etc.

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
