Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and consultancy.
Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in data analytics, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Preferred Skills

Experience in consultancy or advisory roles.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies.
Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7–10 years of relevant experience in data analytics and consultancy.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that influence business decisions.
