Job Details
Technical HR Product Manager role. Looking for someone who has worked on a HR product or launched an HR related product in the past. Someone who has UAT and roadmap development experience.
PST time zone is preferred. CST is next prefered and then EST time zone.
- They want to convert this candidate to full time employee status with base, stock options, 401K match, full benefits, etc, at the end of March in 2025 (projected March 31st).
- 3 interviews:
- No hard education requirements, but prefer candidates with at least a BS or BA.
- No certification requirement, but Workday certifications or other certifications would be nice to haves.
- This candidate will be implementing a new Recognition platform that will be launched in December of this year. The Recognition platform was purchased through a 3rd party vendor. This candidate doesn't have to be a Recognition expert necessarily.
- This candidate will be stakeholder facing and building relationships with other stakeholders in the organization. They will be involved in succession planning, etc.
- candidate will be 1 of the 3 parties involved in the Data Migration processes that is taking place.
- top candidate would come from a background in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, HR, & or Recruiting in previous roles.
- This candidate will be involved in UAT right away.
