Business Analyst III

Santa Clara, CA 3 days/week Onsite - (No Remote)

Project Objective: Enable seamless GTM sales collaboration and operational visibility between PANW and CYBR.

Job Description:

Work closely with Product Managers to understand and document product requirements.

Partner with teams to estimate size and scope of new product and service offerings.

Develop cross-functional business requirements and convert them into user stories.

Define and standardize processes and playbooks for Product Management.

Build consensus on requirements across cross-functional stakeholders.

Map tactical and strategic product goals to organizational metrics.

Define end-to-end business processes that span functions and systems.

Partner with QA to enhance automation for regression testing and UAT readiness.

Manage UAT execution, coordination, documentation and sign-offs.

Required Skills:

10+ years experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner.

Hands-on experience in CPQ / Quote-to-Cash domain.

Strong skills in process documentation, automation and digital transformation.

Proven ability to write user stories and translate business needs for development teams.

Solid understanding of Salesforce and Steelbrick CPQ (preferred).

Experience with Confluence and JIRA.

Skilled in requirements analysis, elicitation and workflow modeling.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong Google Suite proficiency.

Certifications such as PMP or SCRUM are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
