Description
We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to serve as a Product Owner. This role combines platform ownership responsibilities with solution architecture oversight to ensure stability, scalability, and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Business Process Owners and IT architecture while driving innovation and continuous improvement for value streams across enterprise products. The Product Owner serves as the critical escalation point for platform-wide issues, providing direction and leadership to ensure stable, scalable, and compliant solutions that deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership for Value Streams
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, support teams, and IT to optimize and enhance platform-enabled processes.
Prioritize and manage incidents, enhancements, and service requests, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Own the change and release process, including readiness reviews, user acceptance testing, deployment coordination, and communication planning.
Provide hands-on support for high-priority issues and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
Guide internal teams and super users to improve process maturity and drive self-service adoption.
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead technical design efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and future-state vision.
Evaluate impacts of proposed changes, integrations, or enhancements to ensure long-term scalability and sustainability.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to design solutions that optimize business performance while managing technical risk.
Define and maintain data models, integration strategies, and reporting solutions that ensure quality, security, and performance.
Collaboration & Governance
Collaborate with software and service providers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams on upgrades, new implementations, and architectural changes.
Ensure solutions align with compliance, cybersecurity, and operational resilience standards.
Participate in or lead governance forums, roadmap planning, and platform health assessments.
Document and communicate key decisions, design patterns, and operational dependencies.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise platform management, solution architecture, or application ownership.
Proven ability to balance strategic architecture decisions with operational platform management.
Strong understanding of business process design and system optimization.
Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations, reporting, and user access models.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.
Skilled in developing strong relationships with software and service providers.
Familiarity with change management, incident response, and ITSM tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $120.00/hr.
