Job Details
Our financial client is looking to hire multiple Production Support Analysts to join their Front-Office (Equities/Fixed Income) or Middle/Back-Office Teams. This role is onsite and requires local candidates only. It is a multi-year contract and we can work C2C or 1099.
Ideal skills:
- Ability to navigate in UNIX and Windows proficiently, reading and understanding the UNIX file system.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle
- Ownership and Communication of issues
- Customer Service focused mentality
- A good understanding ITIL practices
- Ability to diagnose and effectively communicate/escalate incidents and problems as needed.
- Ability to accurately document and share information with global peer group.
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced financial environment
- Experience with monitoring software and maintaining and improving rulebases.
