Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom marketing automation solutions, personalized communications, and data integrations to support customer engagement initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce core development as well as advanced capabilities within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement custom Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
Develop and manage AMPscript, SQL queries, and SSJS within Marketing Cloud
Create and manage data extensions, contact models, triggered sends, and user journeys
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using APIs, Connectors, or ETL tools
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver personalized, dynamic campaigns
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Marketing Cloud applications
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Salesforce development experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS for emails, and SQL
Experience in building customer journeys and multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder
Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture, best practices, and integration patterns
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with Automation Studio, Triggered Sends, and Data Extensions
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Experience with SSJS, CloudPages, and Mobile Messaging
Background in CRM strategy, data modeling, or email deliverability best practices
