Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & Analytics Engineer to design and implement advanced machine learning and AI solutions while leveraging data analytics to drive business insights. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive, prescriptive, and generative applications.
    • Implement deep learning, NLP, and computer vision solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
    • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrate models into production environments.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for business stakeholders.
    • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with organizational OKRs.
    • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in AI/ML development and data analytics roles.
  • 3+ years experience with Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • 3+ years experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data analytics techniques.
  • 2+ years experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
  • 2+ years experience in BI tools and visualization frameworks.

Preferred Skills :

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities

Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
