The Technical Foundation team supporting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Center of Excellence (COE) is hiring a IT Systems Security Architect.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be leading security initiatives for unclassed and classified domestic and international MES networks. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading security initiatives for unclassified and classified domestic and international MES networks
Developing and implementing security controls to protect MES systems and data
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into system design and implementation
Staying up-to-date with CPS/IPM/CRX policies, standards, practices, and procedures, specifically those related to security and protection of the LM network
Analyzing and mitigating potential security risks and threats to MES systems

You are a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in systems security architecture and a deep understanding of underlying supporting infrastructures and business drivers of systems being supported. You have experience developing and implementing security controls, and driving initiatives that enable business success. You are familiar with CPS/IPM/CRX policies, standards, practices, and procedures, specifically those related to security and protection of the LM network. You are a collaborative leader who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into system design and implementation.

Basic Qualifications
Significant experience within the IT Domain
Experience evaluating the security of SaaS / 3rd party vendors and negotiating enhancements to their practices, when appropriate
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certification
Knowledge of DFARS, CMMC, NIST and other relevant DOD regulations and security frameworks
Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI, PII / Privacy Shield, SOX, etc.
Familiarity with Threat Modelling, Threat Driven Methodologies and the Cyber Kill Chain
ship is required due to system access
Desired skills
Experience with PLM, ERP and MES systems
Experience with ITAR, ECI, CUI data restrictions
Experience with Multi-Level Security
Demonstrated understanding / proficiency in application containerization, APIs, web services
Knowledge of Native, hybrid cloud and hosting platforms (OS, hypervisors, system management) including but not limited to VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS and Azure
Knowledge of LM Corporate security policies
Solid understanding of the tenants of DevSecOps to include demonstrated automation mindset
Familiarity with FedRamp

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
