We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture, risk management, and enterprise security. This role involves designing and developing IT architectures, performing risk assessments, and utilizing enterprise architecture tools to address complex problems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

IT Architecture Design and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive diagrams, white papers, frameworks, and documentation for IT systems, including network topology and all related components.

Architecture Development: Develop robust IT architectures to meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with security requirements and best practices.

Risk Management: Perform all aspects of risk management, including identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks related to IT systems and architectures.

Enterprise Architecture Tools: Utilize and demonstrate expertise with enterprise architecture tools for effective planning and implementation.

Problem Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough analysis and research to address problems and processes related to IT architecture and ensure optimal solutions.

Trade-off Analysis: Perform a trade-off analysis of requirements, considering scope, schedule, and performance, to ensure balanced and effective solutions.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in IT architecture, including creating relevant diagrams, white papers, and documentation.

Extensive experience in designing and developing IT architectures.

Deep understanding of risk management principles and practices.

Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise architecture tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve complex architectural issues.

Ability to conduct trade-off analysis to balance requirements against scope, schedule, and performance.

Advanced certifications related to IT architecture or security (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP).

Experience with specific enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Math, Cybersecurity, or other relevant disciplines (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Computer Science, Network Systems Communications Management).

Minimum Requirement
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT and enterprise security architecture.
  • Or, 5 years of work experience in relevant areas of Information Technology (including legacy and new health IT digital architectures such as cloud, mobile, IoT, APIs, VR/XR, 5G, PQC, or AI technologies) may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
