Role: Manual QA Tester
YOE: 2 to 5+
Required skill:
2 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience, preferably focused on IVR or contact-center platforms.
Strong background in the healthcare domain with practical exposure to member and provider call journeys.
Ability to interpret healthcare processes such as eligibility checks, benefit verification, provider search, and claim status inquiries.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the discipline to follow structured test procedures.
