Business Technical Intelligence Project Manager (Technofunctional)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to lead BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. This technofunctional role requires a combination of project management expertise, business acumen, and hands-on BI experience to drive successful implementation of data-driven solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data professionals to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end BI projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business users to understand analytical needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and developers to design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Ensure BI solutions align with business objectives and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Drive adoption of BI tools and processes across the organization.
• Monitor and report project progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of project plans, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with BI trends, tools, and best practices to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of project management experience in BI or Data Analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data and analytics.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Automobile industries.
• Exposure to machine learning and AI-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
