Detailed Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead large-scale HCM transformation programs, preferably involving UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) implementations. This role requires strong leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.
- Manage large enterprise HCM transformation programs, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM implementations.
- Ensure project milestones, budgets, and resources are effectively managed and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT, vendors, UKG, and TCS team members.
- Lead and manage project team members, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage relationships with UKG team, third-party vendors, and customers.
