Lead Snowflake / AWS Data Engineer
Contract on W2
Must be Hybrid in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC (IN PERSON INTERVIEW REQUIRED). CANDIDATES MUST LIVE LOCAL TO EITHER LOCATIONS.

Snowflake Certifications.
- P&C Commercial Lines experience is a requirement.
- Lead the design and development of scalable data products and ELT pipelines across AWS and Snowflake environments.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake's cloud platform, including hands-on use of SnowSQL, Snowpipe, and related Snowflake utilities.
- Leverage strong experience with legacy technologies such as Oracle, PL/SQL, Autosys, Hadoop, stored procedures, and shell scripting to support modernization efforts.
- Apply DataOps tools-GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy-to automate builds, deployments, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define data models and deliver high-performing data solutions.
- Promote best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and FinOps within a fast-paced Lean-Agile environment.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
