What You Will Do:
The PM shall ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities. Provide technical leadership to organization-wide program, focusing on agile, and experience in SharePoint Development/Administration. Responsible for providing technical oversight of delivery and modernization and strategic competency development. Perform regular review of the vital program to ensure delivery meets customer needs. Develop strategic partnerships to bring innovative technologies and open-source best practices. Identify key opportunities to maintain and grow the account.
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related area. An active PMP or CSM certification is required. At least 7 years of project management experience working closely with Federal Customers to understand needs and priorities and lead teams in the development of technical solutions. Ability to lead teams of developers and testers in the development and administration of MS SharePoint. Working knowledge and experience of MS SharePoint.
Fluent practitioner and advocate for Agile Methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
