Location: Tuscaloosa, AL Onsite / Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description

Overview:

  • Expertise in integrating Workday with other applications and systems. responsible for designing, developing and implementing integrations between the cloud ERP and other applications, such as payroll systems, recruiting platforms, and benefits providers.
  • Work with clients to understand their integration requirements and configure / develope integration features accordingly.
  • Responsible for creating integration templates, configuring business processes, and mapping data between cloud ERP and other systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use cloud ERP integration features and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with other IT professionals, such as cloud ERP developers and testers, to ensure that the integrations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards of the organization.

Experience:

  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, integration technologies, and integration architecture.
  • Experience with cloud integration tools and modern integration technologies such as APIs, etc.
  • Expertise in developing, configuring, and maintaining integrations with the cloud ERP is essential for this role.
  • Experience with HCM, Financials, and Student integrations.
  • Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have a strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Able to troubleshoot and diagnose integration-related issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Experience with change management and be able to effectively communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Should have a desire for ongoing learning and professional development to ensure that they are providing the most effective integration solutions for their organization.
