Job Description
These PC Tech's will be responsible providing support to the store's hardware systems as well as supporting end users equipment to assist in imaging, trouble shooting it. This person will work heavily within windows 7 and windows 10 and will need to be comfortable working within the application. A lot of this work will be hands on, however, you will need to be comfortable doing phone support and remote troubleshooting when needed. Comfortability working with basic network troubleshooting within TCP/IP or DNS as well as familiarity with routers/switches would be a nice quality to have but not needed
Job Requirements
English fluency a requirement the larger part of the project involves phone support of techs doing remote hardware and operating system installations
Know Windows operating system and troubleshooting basics
Have experience with Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Windows 10
Comfort supporting remote technicians Windows 7, 10 over the phone and via remote access
Comfort working with a technical team and working independently within that team s duties
Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems a plus but not required
