Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)

  • Clients will be able to track eligible promotions offers encouraging relationship deepening. Estimate, conservatively, a 5% increase in checking production, $250MM in deposits in 12 months, doubling in 24 months.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

  • This position will work closely with the PMs to translate the features into actionable User Stories the team can execute on.
  • The work will span the entire delivery process, including but not limited to: assisting with identification of areas for improvement, to more detailed work in authoring user stories, working closely with technical leads/scrum teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses experience priorities while maintaining technical integrity, and overseeing tactical execution of efforts.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

  • 2 years of experience in breaking down Features to User Stories, Experience working with SCRUM teams and knowledge of Agile principles, strong attention to detail.

PlNice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However, candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of client-facing websites, including user experience (UX) and design principles.
  • Experience with exposing business functionality via APIs (REST API).
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and relational databases (MySQL).
